Data source query ingestion times shift

Issue/Introduction

Upon being saved, the Job Start time for a data source query shifts by a number of hours equal to the difference between that of the server hosting Risk Fabric and that of the console user if the console user's computer is located in a different time zone than that of the Risk Fabric server.

Resolution

This behavior is caused by a defect that will be addressed in Information Centric Analytics version 6.5.4 MP1.
