Error logging into the Spectrum OneClick WebApp

Issue/Introduction
The following error is seen when trying to log into the Spectrum OneClick WebApp although tomcat is up and running:
Environment
Release : 10.4.x
Component : Spectrum OneClick WebApp
Cause
Check the $SPECROOT//webtomcat/bin/logs/webswing.log file for errors in the $SPECROOT/webtomcat/conf/catalina.properties and $SPECROOT//webtomcat/webswing/webswing.config files. For example:
Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: org.webswing.server.model.exception.WsInitException: Invalid system property webswing.warLocation: Path not specified.
Resolution
Resolve any errors in the catalina.properties and/or webswing.config files and restart webtomcat.
