After upgrade to UIM to 20.3 no alarm displayed in OC using MSSQL2008

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading UIM from 9.2 to 20.3 we are not able to find any Alarm console in the OC.
We are using MS SQL 2008 as database.

 

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : Operator Console

Cause

This can be related to an incompatible version of database.

 

Resolution

Please upgrade MSSqlServer from 2008 to one of the product supported environment.
