ITD custom objects and portlets available after upgrade

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to Clarity PPM 15.9 on GCP there are custom objects that client did not install. These are:

pl_itd_ae_actions

pl_itd_ae_att_cfg

pl_itd_ae_att_src

Could you explain how these were made available.
