The following abend occurred during a requested shutdown of the xmanager task

Resolution

The abend S378-14 will occur if one, or more, Detector collection cleanups were queued, with message PDT0731, and the xmanager started task was stopped and then restarted before restarting Detector collections. When Detector collection startup attempts to complete
the queue cleanup and tries to free storage that was already released when the xmanager task terminated resulting in abend S378-14.
