URL in Scheduled Report link email shows IP address and not hostname

Issue/Introduction

When a user creates a scheduled email for a report and enables the Require Login to See Reports checkbox, the resulting email contains a clickable link that contains the IP address of the Web Server and not the hostname. 

For example:

https://ipaddress:8182/pc/repository/download?RepositoryToken=encryptedToken&rq=1

Should be:

 

https://hostname:8182/pc/repository/download?RepositoryToken=encryptedToken&rq=1

 

Is there a setting to prevent the IP addresses from showing up and have the proper hostname?

Resolution

This part of the URL and multiple other aspects within Performance Center (like the URL that the DA forwards to for authentication) is controlled by the Web Site Host entry within the SsoConfig utility.  To access it:

1. /opt/CA/PerformanceCenter/SsoConfig
