Issue/Introduction

Some jobs in the Job Dependency Data Table report are not showing data when selecting "Show All Levels"

Environment

Release : 6.1.0

Component : AUTOMIC AUTOMATION INTELLIGENCE INSIGHT

Resolution

Upgrade to at least 6.1.0 which resolved defect DE479161.

 

Set the FQDN of the Insight server in the Reporting configuration and access the AAI Website using the FQDN of the AAI server as noted in the KB below:
