Does it matter the order jobs appear in the EXCLPARM entry? Do the jobs should be in the sequence they actually execute:

Resolution
No, the order the jobs appear in the EXCLPARM entry does not matter. Any job can't run simultaneously with the other jobs not matter which one started its execution first.
