After upgrading to AAI 6.0.2/6.1.0 I am not seeing data in some Jobstream's Gantt chart.

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to AAI 6.0.2/6.1.0 I am not seeing data in some Jobstream's Gantt chart despite there being run data for that date.

Environment

Release : 6.1.0

Component : AUTOMIC AUTOMATION INTELLIGENCE ENGINE

Resolution

6.0.2 introduced two new features which may be hiding data you were used to seeing before the upgrade:

•  Show/Hide No Runs

• Show/Hide Unlinked Job Runs

 

 

Some jobstreams may require to you to select "Show No Runs" and/or "Show Unlinked Runs" after the upgrade in order to see the Gantt chart data.

 

After selecting that, you may also need to Refresh the AAI Client by going to File->Refresh:

 

You also may notice that the Jobstream Folders/Groups/Box Jobs may be collapsed, you can click the Red + symbol at the top of the chart to expand the critical path to see more data.
