Need DevTest 10.6 Self-Extractable Windows Installation file for Black Duck Scan

Issue/Introduction

Please provide self-extractable DevTest 10.6 Windows installation file (VSC also).

This is required to do the Black Duck scan with installation file. The current default 10.6 installation binary cannot be scanned through Black Duck.

Need a manual installation and zip it to run over Black Duck scan.
