Cant display "Installed Packages" on Adminconsole (web)

Issue/Introduction
I'm getting For input string: "1607523417.000000000000" on "Installed Packages" section for all Windows Robots, for Linux robots it works perfectly fine, please advice.

Release : 9.2.0
Component : UNIFIED INFRASTRUCTURE MGMT
Resolution
Hotfix adminconsole_9.20_HF1 helps resolve issue.
