Issue/Introduction

Unable to run LDAPImporter. 

Excerpt from LDAPImport.log:

Environment

CA SERVICE CATALOG 17.x

Cause

Incorrect Password.

Resolution

Step1 :  Using the "encrypter.bat" Encrypt the new password 
USM_HOME\scripts\encrypter.bat <new password> 
Step 2: Update the properties file with the Encrypted password. Location: USM_HOME\ldapimporter_server1.properties.
LDAP.User.Password=password

To Test you may run ldap import manually. 
USM_HOME\scripts\LDAPImporter ldapimporter_server1.properties
