You request to know in what situations the Symantec Endpoint Detection and Response (SEDR) appliances sends email alerts/notifications.

Environment

Symantec EDR 4.x

Resolution

The SEDR appliance send alerts/notifications in the following scenarios:

1. License expiration
2. Certificate expiration
3. Incidents (if configured for the user)
4. Reports (only to the email address specified during report creation)
