Issue/Introduction

The below error is seen in quickview.

 

  • E139012 Autosys error response:E180011 Login failed using: Artifact=UserSession;Version-1.0;7013f4045ad81f9c17b7c28847c2a530-5fbf5752-782d62f0-843a3
  • E131003 Error loading the job:E180010 Could not establish a connection to AutoSys Workload Automation; invalid server context.

 

 

Environment

Release : 12.0

Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Resolution

Both AutoSys and WCC need to be configured to use the same EEM.
Use autosys_secure to configure which EEM host AutoSys is using, use safex and wcc_config or change_eem for WCC's EEM configuration.
