Issue/Introduction

ETL has been captured, when attempting to view any report, we see no available report to choose from in the drop down

When following https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/symantec-security-software/identity-security/identity-governance/14-2/administrating/Enterprise-Reporting/integration-with-jasperreports-server-for-reporting.html we get an error "Reports Loaded to the Report Server successfully. but errors while updating datasource. Please follow the documentation for updating datasource manually"

Cause

Authentication broken between IG and Jasper.

Resolution

Follow steps under "Regenerate a Token to Authenticate CA Business Intelligence JasperReports® Server" from https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/symantec-security-software/identity-security/identity-governance/14-2/administrating/Enterprise-Reporting/integration-with-jasperreports-server-for-reporting/Regenerate-a-Token-for-Authentication.html

For vApp, copy the 2 files ig.properties and ig.jks from
/opt/CA/wildfly-ig/standalone/deployments/eurekify.war/WEB-INF/classes
to Jasper report server under
/webapps//WEB-INF/config/
Then restart Jasper to view reports.

If the step above does not resolve the error in vApp, copy the JasperKeyGen folder from any IM admin tool instance to vApp and follow the steps above to regenerate the token.
