QOS_NETWORK_AGGREGATED_TRAFFIC configured but not getting the QOS data.

Resolution
The sysstat version is outdated.To collect network traffic information, install the SYSSTAT package and test the command sar -n DEV.
This current version of the sysstat package does not provide the metrics the cdm probe needs to collect Latency metrics.
