We are unable to connect to AWI intermittently

I reviewed the logs and I can see this error in all the wp3 and wp4 logs which were hitting 100%.
20201123/020031.013 - U00003376 SNMP is active but the server is not connected to the agent.
20201123/121658.769 - U00003376 SNMP is active but the server is not connected to the agent.
20201123/122312.563 - U00003376 SNMP is active but the server is not connected to the agent.
20201123/122527.012 - U00003376 SNMP is active but the server is not connected to the agent.
20201123/122908.005 - U00003376 SNMP is active but the server is not connected to the agent.
Perhaps there is a firewall that is blocking the connection of the SNMP agent
In the windows SNMP services, we verified the trap information. The machine specified is on a different network and hence not reachable.
So we disabled SNMP in the test environment in ucsrv.ini
SNMP=0
Customer restarted the services and the problem was resolved.
