Unable to uninstall Agent with error Can't load library: C:\Program Files\CA\PAM Agent\PAMAgent\.install4j\i4jinst.dll

Issue/Introduction

Not able to uninstall the  agent for only one node. it is giving error like "Can't load library: C:\Program Files\CA\PAM Agent\PAMAgent\.install4j\i4jinst.dll".

The .dll file is not present on that location and unable to copy that from other agent.

 

Environment

Release : 99.0

Component : PAM SERVER CONTROL ENDPOINT WINDOWS

Resolution

Advised to try reinstall the software in the same directory as the current installation that believe this will automatically uninstall the old version or overwrite it with a clean install. Should then be able to uninstall this new installation.
