Issue/Introduction

Description:

Getting the error SDM228487 when trying to deliver software to the agents reporting to a specific Scalability Server.

The error message returned in this situation is the following:

Job execution postponed by user at the agent. Job is rescheduled until the next time the agent connects. [SDM228487].

Solution:

Normally, this problem is fixed by installing the fix RO36270 on the affected Scalability Server.

If the error persists, please open a support issue to further investigate the problem.
