Who to engage to help with TDM Product upgrades?

CA Test Data Manager (Data Finder / Grid Tools)

Issue/Introduction

I am planning to upgrade CA TDM suite and I would like to have someone set up a Webex call to go through the upgrade process with me.

Component : CA Test Data Manager

Resolution

Broadcom Support and Services has gone through a reorganization, and the focus for our SWAT team has changed. They are no longer available to help perform installations and upgrades for customers, and Installs/Upgrades are out of scope for Support due to liability and legal reasons.

If you need to have someone help plan out the upgrade for your environment, please contact your Broadcom Account team. They can assist in arranging a call with one of our Solution Architects to review your environment and help plan out what is required for your upgrade. If you need additional resources to help to implement your upgrade, please contact your Broadcom account team, and they can help you engage Professional Services to help implement your upgrade.

Otherwise, if run into problems during or after upgrading, please open a support case, detailing the problem, and our TDM Support team will be happy to assist you with the issue.
