Harvest SCM 14.0 Missing Lic98 License File Access

Issue/Introduction

Trying to upgrade Harvest from 13.0 to 14.0 and already downloaded the DVD0000000003661.  But when I try to install the lic98 license, I can't find lic98.tar.gz.

Please advise do I need to install lic98 license if I do the upgrade? If yes, where can I find the lic98.tar.gz.

Resolution

 upgrading from 13.0 to 14.0  lic98 is no longer required in Harvest SCM 14.0.
