Issue/Introduction

When running a job as root the job ran as expected STARTING -> RUNNING -> SUCCESS.

When running a job as any non-root user the job ran but it included an extra completion event STARTING -> RUNNING -> SUCCESS -> FAILURE

Resolution

Upgrade to the r12.x System Agent for the resolution.
