IG Hangs during Campaign Approvals.

Issue/Introduction

CA Identity Governance (IG) hangs whenever a verification campaign is triggered.  Specifically, whenever a Manager performs an action on a campaign IG Hangs and the application server needs to be recycled.

Cause

Thread dumps show some issues with the roles being retrieved and the connections timing out\ hanging.

Resolution

The SQL used for importing Roles requires optimizations.  These Optimizations will appear in the next Cumulative Patch Set.
