Is 11.3.6 SP8 patch SO10735 included into r12 ?

Issue/Introduction

Are the following symptoms/problems covered in the 11.3.6 SP8 patch SO10735 have been addressed in R12 release?

Environment

Release : 11.3.6

Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Resolution

SP8 stored procedure used to take only two arguments, and proper improvement to the stored procedure was possible with the third argument added to the stored procedure to improve the performance.

Two solutions were created, one for SP8 without adding a new argument and one for r12 and above with a new argument.
archive_jobs stored procedure runs better with the new argument as it will only run the long-running query only once per run.

The changes included in r12 and r12 SP1 are better that the version of SO10735 using in SP8.
