Input Type Code (Resource) editable on list view regardless of AVP settings

Issue/Introduction
The AVP settings of the resource list view are set to respect secured subpages and display conditions.
The attribute is part of a secured subpage that also has display conditions.
Regardless of the above everyone is able to edit the field on the Resource List view.
Cause
The field is part of a subpage that is not secured.
Resolution
The Input Type Code is shared along a few views:
The Input Type Code field must be secured on all available views in order to have it secured on the list view.
Alternatively, the field can be removed form the views were is not of use
Additional Information
Once changes done the view might need to be published.
The least invasive action to publish it:
1. Go to Studio > Views
2. Filter by the Resource List::projmgr.resourceList view
3. Select it and Publish
Note this will reset every users list view to default
