DCI controller apparently doesn't work for several minutes

Issue/Introduction

Every night, around at the same time, Dynamic Capacity Intelligence (DCI) controller stops working for about 30 minutes: no message on JESMSGLG nor on DCILOG, no HMC commands issued to Agent regions

Environment

Release : 2.0

Component : CA DYNAMIC CAPACITY INTELLIGENCE

Cause

There is a job running at that time that backs up several VSAM files, among them the DCI MSUDB and ZFS files too. 

Resolution

Exclude the DCI files from the backup.
