After a silent install the agent will not connect to the manager. The cryptkey.txt file was not created.

Issue/Introduction

After the install of CA Workload Automation System Agent was complete, no value was assigned to the "security.cryptkey=" parameter in the agentparm.txt file.

Cause

The property for the encryption file is missing in silent installer properties file. 

Resolution

Enable or add the 'Strong Encryption' property in the silent installer properties file and repeat the agent installation.
