CDM Disk IO Latency metrics are not collected

Issue/Introduction

CDM probe does not collect any Disk QOS Latency from Linux servers.
This is seen with Monitoring profiles and manual CDM probe configurations

QOS_DISK_WRITE_LATENCY
QOS_DISK_LATENCY

cdm: calling syssyat
The sysstat version is outdated, probe will not populate Latency Metrics

Environment

Release : 9.20, 20.1, 20.3

Component :  UIM - CDM WITH IOSTAT

Cause

Linux servers do not have the sysstat package installed

Resolution

Deploy the sysstat package on the suspect systems
