RMA1116W an online REORG utility model is required analyzing a RC/Migrator strategy

Issue/Introduction

When analyzing a RC/Migrator for Db2 for z/OS (RCM) strategy the following warning message is issued:

  RMA1116W  An online REORG utility is excluded from utility_name. An online REORG is required.

The online REORG utility models are missing from the @DEFAULT model.
How do we add these missing models?

Resolution

If the model is missing then this suggests that the RC/Migrator Post Installation customization task
'Load and Customize the Model Services Table' has not been executed since the model was released.
