Common Services r15.0 ENF task abending with S047

Issue/Introduction

We have upgraded from v14 to v15 and recently IPL'd with an alternate res.  Although it was running fine before the IPL, after the IPL, ENF is abending with S047.

The APF and Linklisted datasets are listed below 

APF:

Cause

The S047 abend is an APF problem.  A review of the attached ENF task shows a difference in the CAW0LOAD dataset found in the //STEPLIB from the APF authorized and Linklisted datasets shown above.  Where cai.V150.CAW0LOAD is APF authorized, the ENF STEPLIB includes cai.CAW0LOAD and overrides the linklisted  CAW0LOAD.   

Resolution

Ensure that the CAW0LOAD used in the ENF task is corrected by

• Revising the dataset name in the STEPLIB of the ENF task to match that in linklist  
• APF authorizing cai.CAW0LOAD
• Eliminating the reference to the CAW0LOAD from the steplib and use the linklisted dataset.

Ensure APF authorization is correct by using the D PROG,APF command. Verify volsers are correct for cataloged libraries. 

Another correction to be made to the Common Services target libraries is to add cai.V150.CAW0PLD  to linklist as required.
