LDAP ACL Users access error to SLM and the Dashboard Designer portlet.

Issue/Introduction

Upgrade from 20.1 to 20.3.1. with original user  switched from BUS users and Account Contacts to LDAP authentication fails with error:.

Attempt to access the SLM or the Dashboard Designer gives error: 
"This user's ACL does not have the required permission to access this portlet."

Cause

Loss of permission after upgrade for LDAP users 

Resolution

Upgrade 20.3.2 resolved the issue
