Data Collector not restarting activemq

Issue/Introduction

When I shut down activemq the dcmd process should restart it. This is not happening.

Environment

Release : 20.2

Component : IM Reporting / Admin / Configuration

Cause

This is a known bug where the Data Collector uses 20X more memory then it should for the logger. Fixed in 20.2.5

Resolution

Restart of the Data Collector temporally resolves the issue. Full fix is in 20.2.5
