Endevor users are not being notified of the completition of a job

Issue/Introduction
If a job is submitted from the Endevor batch option, it suppresses the NOTIFY message when the job finishes and changes so that user don't get NOTIFY messages from any job until they log out and back in.
Prior to submitting a batch job in Endevor 18.1 the TSO PROFILE looked like this:
After submitting an Endevor Batch job - the TSO Profile changed and now looks like this:

SO15818 - TSO PROFILE CHANGED TO NOINTERCOM AFTER SUBMITTING A JOB
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
If the user's TSO PROFILE settings are NOMSGID and INTERCOM and the user submits a batch job from an Endevor ISPF interface, the settings will change to NOINTERCOM.
SYMPTOMS:
Endevor users may stop receiving SEND messages, for example, job completion status messages.
IMPACT:
Endevor users may miss messages until they issue "TSO PROFILE INTERCOM" command.
CIRCUMVENTION UNTIL PTF CAN BE APPLIED TO YOUR 18.1 ENDEVOR SYSTEM:
Issue command "TSO PROFILE MSGID". The problem does not occur with this setting
