Assertion Failure error

Issue/Introduction

We had a script running for months.  Today it started failing, the text on the site was changed more then 30 days ago. 

DETAILS:  ERROR:  Assertion Failure  on Content check for pattern "pattern string"

Description: 9501: Assertion Failed: Content check for pattern "pattern string"

We are unclear why the monitor started alerting now. According to our information that text was changed more then 30 days ago. So, the monitor should started alert when the text was changed. How to investigate this?

Resolution

Please check the page responses when the ASM was showing statue of OK and when the ASM was showing alerts. 

If you observe that page responses are different when the ASM was showing statue of OK and when the ASM was showing alerts, then consult with your web server admin. There may be something has changed on the web server side.
