"spectrum" account not authorized accessing OneClick WebApp administration page

Issue/Introduction

The following error is seen when attempting to access the Spectrum OneClick WebApp administration page from Internet Explorer 11 using the default userid/password of spectrum/spectrum:

"Sorry, you are not authorized to access this area."

Environment

Release : Any

Component : Spectrum OneClick WebApp

Cause

This error only occurs when using Internet Explorer 11.

Resolution

This issue does not occur when using Chrome, Edge or FireFox.
