Infrastructure Manager Total alarm count not in sync with alarm subconsole or UMP

Issue/Introduction

When you look at the IM, the alarms displayed for the Total in the lower right side of the window, e.g., Tot 510, does not reflect the accurate number of current alarms.

Environment

Release : 9.2.0

Component : UIM NAS

Resolution

In the nas.cfg via Raw Configure under the setup section, we set the parameter:
   get_alarms_force_wait = yes

From the nas release notes->
In some environments, alarms are seen to load very slowly into the Infrastructure Manager console, and sometimes the complete list will not load.

If you experience this problem, add the following config key to the "setup" section of nas.cfg:
“get_alarms_force_wait = yes”

or open nas raw configure 
select the 'setup' section
New Key
key name: get_alarms_force_wait 
key value: yes 
Apply
close raw configure 
deactivate nas 
activate nas

We then configured Tools->Options to point to the Primary hub nas and logged in again via Security->Login and in a few minutes the correct number of alarms were properly reflected, e.g., ~16500.

Additional Information

Also this can be done:
Open the NAS GUI in Infrastructure Manager
Go to the 'Status' tab
Right-click in the bottom half of the window
Go to Advanced->Reorganize Database

Note that this will take several minutes and alarms won't process while it's happening so you may want to do it after hours.
