Securlet Policy to remove collaborators does not take affect on existing files

Issue/Introduction

A policy is created to clean up externally shared files, but when activated the files that are externally exposed are still showing as externally exposed.

Cause

The files are not being seen by the policy because the switch to "Apply policy to future activities only" is enabled.

Resolution

Edit the policy and disable the option to "Apply policy to future activities only"
