Issue/Introduction

Various users are getting an Invalid Assertion error when attempting to login to Clarity SaaS. This is an SSO enabled instance in GCP. 

Environment

Release : 15.9

Component : CA PPM SAAS SSO

Resolution

This error may occur if users are using an old bookmarked URL from before when the OnDemand portal was in use. The users need to be using the new IDP initiated login url instead.
