The tracelogs are no updating on the Workload Automation DE server while product is running.

Due to corruption of buffer logs.
Stop the appropriate DE Server service. That is, if the behavior is occurring on Standby, then stop the Standby server processes.
Backup the logs directory.
Delete the logs directory on server. It will get created when you start the service again.
Restart your DE Server services.
