Issue/Introduction

After upgrade, various users are getting error in the UI after login:

Error 501- Not Implemented. The server does not support the requested feature. Contact your system administrator.

or HTTP 500 and unable to login

Errors in app-ca.logs:

The issue may be only via SSO and not be present in Incognito mode

Resolution

Clear the Clarity Server cache

  1. Log in to Clarity application as an admin user
  2. Modify the URL field to: https://<server>/niku/nu#action:security.caches
  3. From the Caches tab, Select all by clicking the Select All button
  4. Click the Flush All button
  5. Log out & Log in back in
