CABI report export from Adhoc showing empty when filter is applied

Issue/Introduction

When creating an Ad Hoc View in CABI/OC we are trying to filter on specific fields (such as CI Name), but when we export to PDF/Excel/etc,  or when we convert the Ad Hoc View to a Report, the filters do not properly carry over.

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM - CABI

Resolution

This is a known issue which will be corrected in the UIM 20.4 release.

As a workaround, change your filter to "Contains" instead of "Is Equal To" and export the report again.
