Missing ucybdld error when trying to upgrade AE from 11.2 to 12.3

Issue/Introduction

We are getting the below error trying to upgrade AE System from Version 11.2 to 12.3

./ucybdbld -X/opt/UC4FULL/Automation.Platform/general/12.3/UC_UPD.TXT -EREPLACE

No such file or directory -> /opt/uc4dbutil/bin/ucybdbld.iniApplication return code = 1

We have the  meta data and DDL files but need files that  includes program like /ucybdbld. How do I download the ucybdbld files?

Environment

Release : 11.2, 12.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Cause

Missing required files for upgrade.

Resolution

ucybdld is related database utilities files are not shipped separately. They are part of the download found on the link below:
