Issue/Introduction

CAS9180E message - CPU 0391A8 Requires a LMP key to run Prod (A0) began to appear after an IPL to install new releases  of Common Services r15.0 and OPS/MVS r13.5.  What is the product name associated with PROD (A0)?  Is there a list of the LMP product codes?

Cause

CAS9180E messages can appear depending upon the setup of OPS/MVS  

Resolution

The LMP product code listing can be found by following these steps:

• Sign into the Broadcom Support Portal
• Click on the link for "Mainframe Software" 
• Scroll to the bottom of the resulting Search Page
• Under the Licensing link, click on "View Licensing Options"
• The link for LMP product code listing appears beneath the CA Common Services (LMP) heading
• Click on "View more details" 
• The product codes are listed in Hexidecimal then Alphabetic order
• Scroll until you find the desired value
