Jobs getting blank reports on successful completion

Issue/Introduction

We are not able to process scripts with the Automic engine. Jobs not returning the reports. Agent is up in target server  but in Automic server console showing message agent is down.

Frequently disconnection is happening from Automic server to target servers.

 

Environment

Release : 12.2

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Resolution

The agent is shown online but after a successful Job completion, the report is always blank.

Found that the Job report generation was set to "On error only"

After changing the setting to "Always". This is working fine.
