Issue/Introduction

A report has been imported from another DOMAIN ITCM.

Execution of this report gives error :

"Error occured during the generation of the result set."

In French : "Une erreur s'est produite lors de la génération de la liste de résultats."

 

Environment

Client Automation 14.0 All Service Packs

 

Cause

DSM Query linked to this report is not valid.

It does not exist or its UUID is not the same as previous Domain

 

Resolution

- In Reporter, go in query folder of report and click on "Select Query" task

Message 'The original Query settings for the template is not valid, as one of the Query elements does not exist on this system" appears

Click on OK

 

- In DSM Query search for the query and select it :
