Endevor Quick Edit "ENDIE420:PVPN1000 - INVALID DSN" and S0C3 abend

Issue/Introduction

When try to edit or create element in Endevor Quick Edit after press Enter see message "Recovery suspended" and after press F3 see this message:

ENDIE420:PVPN1000  - INVALID DSN

followed by COMPLETION CODE S0C3 abend

This issue does not occur if use "RECOVERY OFF".

Resolution

A DFSMS ACS routine is allocating the recovery dataset with extended format, DSORG PS-E.
This format is not supported, check with DFSMS administrator to remove this parameter from Data Class or exclude this dataset allocation from this Data Class.
Datasets can be:
userid.QERCVYnn.RECOVERY
userid.CTLInnnn.BACKUP
