Resolution

1. Upgrade to uim_core_dashboards_pack 2.46 (deploy this to your CABI robot.)

2. If this does not resolve the error, check for the following error in the ..nimsoft/probes/service/wasp/webapps/cabijs/WEB-INF/logs/jasperserver.log on the cabi server:

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class net.sf.jasperreports.engine.util.JRStyledTextParser

If this error is present, take the following steps:

Working with the wasp probe where cabi is installed:

• deactivate wasp
• raw configure the wasp probe
• add the following to the end of the ..startup > options line
  
  -Djava.awt.headless=true
  
  
• rdp or ssh to the server that has wasp and remove the following directory

..nimsoft/probes/service/wasp/work

• activate the wasp probe
