Operator Console version 20.3.0 will not start, immediately after installation/upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Attempting to install Operator Console 20.3 (upgrade or new install/second node.)

We ran the OC installer, however Start OC Wasp will not complete successfully. 

In reviewing wasp.log, "failed to start component" messages are seen.

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM - CONTROLLER

Cause

Checking the webapps folder, the .war files are not expanded into their directories.  This causes the wasp probe to not start.

Resolution

First, deactivate the wasp probe on the OC server.  Then, for each of the .war files in the webapps folder, please do the following:

1. rename the file from .war to .zip
2. right click the file and choose Extract All
3. after the folder is extracted, rename the file back to .war

After each of the files in webapps folder are extracted, the wasp probe should activate when started.
