Getting 404 page when trying to sync chrome bookmarks

Issue/Introduction

The Chrome browser supports the ability to synchronize bookmarks. In Isolation, when Sync is turned on for accounts and bookmarks, user reaches 404 rather than a sign in page.

Synching bookmarks is not currently supported in Isolation.
