Environment

Release : 14.0

Component : CA Output Management Web Viewer

DVWEB

WBVMTC

Cause

The name of Web Viewer was changed from Content Viewer 14.0 to Web Viewer 14.0, and these changes were needed to update the name.

Resolution

The fact that the directory has web-viewer.ear and web-viewer.war means SO13818 WEB VIEWER: DEFAULT NAME FOR PRODUCT WAR FILE CHANGED is applied. SO13818 changes the name of the deployed file from MTC-ContentViewer.war to web-viewer.war. This is described in the HOLDDATA for the fix copied below.

**************************

* STEPS TO PERFORM

**************************

The default name of the product WAR file has changed from MTC-ContentViewer to web-viewer. The WAR file must be deployed to your application server.
If you have previously deployed the WAR file with the original file name but plan to use the new default file name:

Undeploy the WAR file with the original file name.
Deploy the WAR file with the new name.
Restart your application server.
The application will be accessible on a new url that ends with
/web-viewer.

Example: https://<Original Name>/web-viewer/ If you wish to retain the original name, for example to ensure that existing bookmarks continue to work, or if you want to use a custom name, follow the procedure described in the section "Deploy the Web Viewer WAR File" in the documentation.
